Pricing
The total has two parts, both shown before you pay: storage, set by each shop per bag for each started 24-hour period, and the SHEILI service & handling fee, charged per bag once per booking (it does not grow with the number of days). Prices include VAT.
Example
2 bags for 26 hours at a shop charging €6 per bag/day: storage 2 × 2 × €6 = €24.00, plus SHEILI service 2 × €1.99 = €3.98. Total €27.98.
SHEILI service & handling fee
Covers the booking platform, secure online payment, your booking QR and pick-up PIN, the digital custody record of every check-in and release, booking management (changes and cancellations) and customer support. It is charged per bag, once per booking, and is shown separately at checkout. It is not insurance. The current amount in Spain is €1.99 per bag.
Cancellation
You can cancel online for a full refund before your drop-off time. After drop-off, contact support.
