Choose a shop, your drop-off and pick-up times and how many bags. You pay the final price up front.

Drop off
Show the QR code from your booking. Staff tag each bag and confirm custody in the app.

Pick up
Come back with your QR and the pick-up PIN we email you at drop-off.
How custody works
- Each bag gets a unique tag at drop-off; staff confirm custody in the app.
- Pick-up requires your booking QR and a PIN emailed to you at drop-off.
- Every step is recorded in a tamper-evident custody log.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellation
You can cancel online for a full refund before your drop-off time. After drop-off, contact support.
